由于天猫平台发展需要，针对部分行业招商资质进行调整。调整重点在于新增类目、部分类目招商方式的变更、资质要求的新增及取消。调整时间将于2019年11月1日生效。一．开放招商旗舰店类目（个性定制划重点）个性定制/设计服务类目2015年调整为不招商类目，2019年11月1日起调整为招商，仅接受旗舰店自荐入驻，开通包装用品定制（商家需提供环评认证证明），办公/文具定制，服饰箱包定制，照片冲印，设计服务五大二级类目。二．开放招商专卖店类目隐形眼镜/护理液专卖店停止招商调整为招商，自2019年11月1日起仅接受品牌自荐入驻。  三．邀请开通类目 美食餐饮卡券类目又“暂停接受类目新增”自2019年11月1日起对老商家调整为“邀请开通类目”。四．跨类目经营商品调整1、经营大类为母婴的专营店的商家，可申请保健品及医药类目下的医疗器械二级类目。

2、允许经营话费通信大类的专营店，申请家装家具家纺下的电子/电工类目。
